The Black Aspect

helloooo!
So today I'm gonna be blogging about something that effects a lot of teenagers, all over the world. If this helps just one person out there I know I've at least not done this for nothing.

We've all had that moment when you think, I'm gonna fail this, I'll never be able to do that , what's the point? Yep we've all felt  like that at some point. But what some people go through can be so much worse than that of others. I like to call  this the 'Black aspect', I prefer it a lot more than the word depression.

Now I myself have not had a massive deal of depressive moments in my life, probably because I'm a pretty positive person and I always try to bounce back up from things. But some aren't like this. They are easily influenced by society, being drip fed this perfect image by society and when they can't become it society chucks their efforts back in their face. I may sound like an awful person but it is often true. The people who are easily influenced by others around them are those that tend to suffer at the hands of society. Those who are different, unique try to blend in, but sometimes you just can't blend in. This is when we need to accept how truly amazing we really are. We were born for a reason we have a purpose, all of us. There's someone out there who loves you, cares about you and will protect even if you think you haven't met them yet. I know that depression is different for every single person that sufferes from it. I know that you feel alone, helpless and pathetic sometimes, but you have to remember. You are NOT alone. You are NOT pathetic. You are amazing, beautiful, inspirational and unique. Your here for a reason don't think anything else other than that.

That is how I live by, that someone, somewhere, wouldn't want to see me cry or hurt myself , or get myself down about something someone said or an image I must follow. Becasue you are loved, and you are you. The most amazing person ever.
