April Favorites...

Helloooooooo!
Well it is nearing the end of the month and I thought it would be cool to share what things I have really liked this month. When I say 'things' I mean mainly products such as clothes, make-up and other products I've really liked using this month.

Starting with this. This is the Dove summer glow moisturiser, and I've really been liking this. Basically you put this on your legs, arms whatever you want, then leave for maybe a minute until it's dry then it starts to work. I found personally really good, it tans your body really naturally, if you rub it in right it'll be really even as well. It does moisturise really well as well , which is a big YES for me because I think I have quite dry skin and this has actually helped me. Well done Dove!

Next up is a nail polish that I bought recently and was featured in my recent purchases blog! This one of the nail polishes I bought, it's a really pretty pastel colour of turquoise which I think is an amazing spring color.
I never really go to Claire's but I popped in and
thought it was nice and it was only £2.50. Bargain! I can tell this is probably going to be a staple for me during the spring and summer months.

Next up is an eye shadow base I've loved . It's from the Fearne make-up range at Boots. It's such a nice colour, it's a super pretty goldy, nudey colour with a nice shimmer in it. It would look just so nice with a plain on an everyday look. I've really liked using this for when I go out and thought it stayed put really well.
Now this is no surprise to any one who reads other people's blogs. Bloggers such as Zoella, I think Sprinkle Of Glitter and Fleurdeforce all wrote about this. This is by Rimmel which is one of my favourite make-up brands. I think this mascara gives my lashes (which are usually short and stumpy) so much more volume and makes them look super long. It's very durable and stays on all day which is a crucial element for most mascaras. All in all I love this mascara.

So those were some of the beauty products I've been loving this month I would do clothes and things but there are so many I fear that by the time I'm done it'll be tomorrow!

Staying Positive!

Hellooooo!
Yes I know I only did one yesterday but I feel today I should make one. With more and more teens being diagnosed with depression and anxiety and self harm is becoming an evermore increasing occurrence I am staying positive throughout these dark days of teenage life. In a world in which people are ridiculed everyday for their appearance, personality and tastes in every thing from fashion to music to food, I agree it is hard for some to stay positive.

When I'm down or bombarded with coursework (or sometimes both) I always think somewhere, out there someone is worse off than me. Someone somewhere is having the worst day of their life with no one there to support them and here I am feeling sorry for myself. STOP. Think about it. Think about the people who, at this moment in time, may be having the worst time of their entire life and here you are thinking that you're so useless and pathetic, when in actual fact, you're not.

Also think about it what self harm is going to do. Remind you of what you did to your beautiful body, because you felt you couldn't take it anymore? Show the world that you can't stand it any longer. You are who you are. No one or nothing is going to change you but yourself. These decisions you make will impact on your life and being positive is the only thing you can do. I always like to think that someone out there loves me, cares about me, wouldn't want to see me cry or be upset about something, even if you haven't met them yet or their not technically here now, there's someone who loves and cares about you.

Think that one day you'll be happy, you'll have a perfect life, even if you feel it never will. It will. Maybe it'll not be as you expect now but perfect realities often turn out very different from when you imagine them. There are people who will help you and support you every step of the way.

Things That Annoy me....

Hellooooo!

So today I noticed that there are many little things that annoy me SO much. I don't know if it's just me or my weirdness is shining through, but these are some little things that mildly annoy me. Enjoy!
1. You know when you tidy your room and your like "ooo so tidy" then, one week later it looks like a clothes bomb went off. Yeah... I HATE that.
2. Wind. I hate wind. What is good about wind? will someone please tell me one good thing about it. Oh wait there aren't any good things! It ruins your hair, makes your skirt blow up embarrassing you beyond belief and makes you even colder than you already are.
3. When you're in a clothes shop and you find that perfect top/ trousers/pair of shoes and......... they have them in every other size other than yours. Seriously!
4. Why is it, when I need to call someone on my phone, it decides to die just when I need to call someone. The amount of times I have had to borrow someone's phone to call home because my phone died is truly ridiculous.
5. When I forget my password. I am really bad for this, I have had to change my password about 5 times and I still probably forget whether there's capitals, numbers whatever. Woops!
6. When you want to wear something really bad and it's in the wash. Nothing more to say about that.

So was just a few things that annoy me there are many others but if I listed more you would probably die of boredom.

People I HATE...

Hellooooooooo!

Now in life you come across some real idiots don't you? You'll agree with me there, but even though I'm only in my teens I have met my fair share of absoloute dickheads. I will now explain some of them to you. Now you may see in the title these are people I HATE, not strongly dislike... hate, and I know that hate is a strong word but these people are so horrible and vile that they are hateable.

Number 1- The Behind Your Back

These are people that I don't think anyone likes. These are the people that talk about you behind your back, saying awful things and then appear as this angelic trustworthy person to you. There is one person in paticular that I have noticed does this and now that you mention it, fits into a lot of other horrible hateful catagories. These are the people who do not have the nerve to say these things to your face but act really nice around you, giving you the lovely 'sarcastic smile' and the occasional chit-chat but really, they probably have you in a burn book somewhere. At least when I hate someone and talk about them I make it clear I don't like them by not making eye contact and not really replying to the sarcastic smile.

Number 2- The Random Insulter

There are a few of these in my school. I have to admit they are mainly male but I have met some female ones. These are the kind of people who without even knowing you properly insult everything you stand for, it's like they find something out about you and exploit it to the whole world, a lot like tabloid newspapers.

These people feel the need to make fun of someone and make them feel awful without really knowing them, this may be because they are following the hype or just are so bored or insecure they need this to make them feel better.

Number 3- The Blamer

These people are truly mind baffling. These are the kind of people that blame others for mistakes that THEY make and are believed. This is truly ridiculous as half of the time they aren't even good liars! Another atrocious quality is that they accept applause without even doing anything. What I mean by this is that they take all of the credit to themsleves when really other people have done much more than them.

Number 4- The 'Popular' kids

This is probably the worst. These are the people who think they are obviously far too popular to be sitting to next to someone even one step lower than themselves, these are the people that at any given chance will move away from the strange alien like human next to them, to go and sit with their ever so popular 'friends'. These are the people that at any moment will try and prove their popularity by labelling other as 'gay' or 'nerdy' or 'ugly' or 'fat'.  YOU DON'T THINK THEY DON'T KNOW THAT ALREADY!!!! DUH! These are the people who fit into ALL of the catagories above.

Let me make one thing clear. You are not popular, no matter what you think you are not. Popular people are nice people who respect everyone and accept others not some people who look down on everyone who one step lower than themselves. 3 words. Get. Over . Yourselves.

These people are the most hateful of them all and quite frankily they do not deserve the 'popularity' and 'friends' they get. They need to see what it's like being in someone else's shoes living their life instead your fantasy one.

Sorry if I rambled on a bit but I do feel strongly about these kinds of people and if you can't think of anyone like this you truly live a perfect life.

Recent Purchases....

Hellooooooo!
ok so today I went shopping. YEY! and normally when one goes shopping, one buys things, even if you don't see anything you like you end up buying something for the sake of it. What, I can't be the only one?!

So today I decided I'd show you my purchases (even though there aren't many at all but oh well!)....
Firstly I went to River Island and bought this...

Yes I admit it isn't the most spectacular thing in the universe but I really liked it. It is a plain white t-shirt (Duh!) with a sort see through material you may want to wear something to cover your boobie department but that's up to you. It also has a strange texture, one of the reasons I bought it was for this, it has kind a bobbly texture which isn't as weird as you think. it also has a sloped hem as you can see this might appeal to some but not to others I actually quite liked it. The one thing that always gets me about River Island is.... the price. I payed £15 for this. Not really sure uyet if it is really worth the £15.

Next I went somewhere I probably haven't been in about 3 years... Claires. I ended up buying three nail polishes well the were on offer they're cheap anyway.

1                        2                           3
1- a really pretty pale/pastel coloured turquoise, it's the only matt one and I really like it. Price= £2.25
2- a shimmery greeney, blue colour haven't tried this one yet. Price= £2.50
3- a blue glitter with large confetti like glitter this would definately go on top of your colour to really make them pop.= £2.50

P.s sorry about the poor lighting it was dark when I took the photos.
