Benefit minis review...

helloo

so I haven't posted in a while, like 2 months a while. Yeah sorry about that. I'm sure virtually no one reads this blog but like whatever I might as well explain why. I've just started college and I just haven't had the time with college homework filing through EVERY DAY (seriously i hate homework)
yep pretty much.
so I've finally set aside time to do a post and hopefully there will be a few more throughout the month.

About a month ago I received a Benefit mini make up box courtesy off my gorgeous cousin Emma for my birthday in July, it's taken me this long to review because I wanted to get a proper go of the products before I gave my verdict. Just in case you were wondering it was the 'Do the Bright Thing' kit.

As you can see its layout is very pretty and Benefit being the helpful souls that they are have labelled them from 1-5 in order in which you apply them. Aw their lovely aren't they?! In all seriousness it is really helpful if you don't really know what to do with them, and just in case that isn't enough it comes with instructions on where and how to apply them.

"that gal" brightening primer- apply before make up, very nice texture on the skin, not too greasy.

Dandelion blush- I freaking love this blush it looks so pretty and naturally glowy and the brush is actually really soft (however I still don't apply it with the brush).

High Beam- I've wanted to try this for ages and I'm so glad I did. It makes me look so much more perky and alive. It's such a shimmery nice colour and I imagine it would suit loads of different people.

They're real mascara- Now I've seen SO much attention from this so I was really excited to try it. However I felt although it was good it didnt give me very much volume which is really important for me however it did give me good length.

Finally... waterproof eye liner- I've not really had a chance to try it but it seems really soft unlike some that I've used.

Well there you have a run down of the Benefit minis... All in all I think Benefit cosmetics are really good just with the quality and how long they last so far I haven't ran out of any of them and some of them I've used for months.

Lots of love
